Poet Jerry Quickley’s and Philip Glass’s powerful tour de force exploring the events of 2013 after Edward Snowden leaked classified information from the National Security Agency (NSA) revealing numerous global surveillance programs. WhistleBlower examines our changing relationship with privacy and asks,  “How will society's current choices regarding our vast new powers set us apart from past and future generations?”

A unique performance of the collaborative compositions of Philip Glass and Tenzin Choegyal. This musical journey tells the story of the Dalai Lama and his people’s escape from Tibet into exile and beyond. 

For this very special performance Philip Glass brings together his friends, Lavinia Meijer, Jaron Lanier, Will Calhoun, Alex Weston, including Tenzin’s brother Tsering D. Bawa to the Henry Miller Memorial Library in the woods of Big Sur.
